One star is one more star than this company deserves. The first issue came when the delivery person came to my door, never rang than door bell or knocked and left without delivering my item. After calling and rescheduling for the next day in the morning, the delivery person never showed. After I called again, they said they had the delivery scheduled for the afternoon and tried to play it off like they were sending the truck right over to my house.
