I called him up to see if he had a part and told him that I had about a 45 min drive. He said he had something thing and when I got there he was like it might be in this bin or this bin. Once I got home I realized that he pointed me to a bin that was a wrong year for the bike. It was suppose to be 90-91 not 87-88. I looked for about a half hour and he was pushing me out the door. It was terrible customer service. He also told me that he was going to check around for that part elsewhere and get back to me but he never did. I called him twice and left a message but still never got back to me. His wife kept covering for him saying he was at the market, in the shower or some other bologna.
All said and done I would have rather paid more to get the part brand new. He seemed like he didn't have the love for dirt bikes/atv and snowmobiles that he use to have anymore and it showed.
