I placed an order in the morning the day before my husbands birthday. The day of my husbands birthday I called at 10:30 to see when the order was going to be delivered. I was told that it was out for delivery. I heard nothing for the entire day until I finally called Cookies by Design at 4:00pm and they told me the cookies were 10-15 minutes away from being delivered. I was told that due to the large amount of business they do, that it takes a long time to get verything out. Well at $65 for 2 dozen regular cookies, that is a horrible excuse. What good is a surprise when you deliver it right as everyone is going home. What a waste of money, stay away from this company!
