Our front loader washer quit working on us. We called around to a few other places that couldn't get anyone out to help us same day or wanted a lot of money. We called ASAP Appliance and the guy who answered the phone wasn't able to get any one out the same day either, but what he did do was EVEN BETTER. He talked me through the repair over the phone. Turns out the drain pump was just clogged and he told me just what to look for and how to fix it. A short time later I had our machine up and running again thanks to the technician's help. All over the phone and at no charge!! Awesome customer service. I will recommend ASAP appliance first to all my friends and family.
