PLEASE READ: Appliance Doctor Company is very dishonest. One of the Appliance Doctor technicians came to our house to fix our freezer. Instead the technician accidently broke our refrigerator and would not own up to fixing the problem. We contacted the company the same day and continued to communicate with them letting them know how inconvenient it was to be without our refrigerator and could they have someone come out to access the damage so that they could repair the problem. Because we have not had any success with the company, we decided to write the owner to ask him how we should handle getting our refrigerator fixed. We were forced to take the Appliance Doctor Company to court. The judge granted us the money that we lost with our refrigerator and the Appliance Doctor is still continuing to appeal our decision by the judge. Because we do not have the money for an attorney to appeal, we will lose the money that was granted to us to pay for another refrigerator. They are the worst company we ever encountered. Beware of dishonest companies like Appliance Doctor.
