Terrible Customer Service 3/4/2011

We ordered a Christmas Gift in Mid December. This company charged my credit card $295.50. The Liquor was NEVER sent to the recipient. We had one response from an email just signed Customer Support that said in February, saying due to the Christmas Rush my order was misplaced. I was guaranteed that immediately the December shipment would be sent and they would also send the February club order. NOTHING HAS BEEN RECEIVED! I've left several messages on the automated voicemail during regular business hours and never get a call... I WANT a REFUND!! They took my money and sent nothing! Don't order from this company!!! I'm going to the BBB. more
