I bought a 2008 mazda cx7 from them feb 2 2011. I was told my mazda was owned by 1 person that lived in california and the reason it had high miles was because he drove to and from california to utah and that it was not a rental car and the carfax they gave me was not an actual carfax. I wish i would have noticed that before i bought the car but i got it home and was going throught the owners manual and found 3 papers that were from enterprise car rental. I went and purchased the carfax from off the internet and sure enough my car was a rental car. they told me i would get a month free without having to pay a car payment that was not true. it took them 2 months to pay off my trade in and i had to make the payment both months in order to keep my credit clean. they promised me they would get me my garage door opener and didn't they promised me they would get me another key to my car because it only came with one and they waited until after we had already purchased the car to tell me oh sorry we cant get the key. They promised me no more homeless pets lisence plates and they got me the centenial plates. everytime i have tried to contact anyone about my issues the refuse to take my calls. i would strongly suggest DO NOT purchase a vehicle from these guys, they will tell you what you want to hear until your sale is final then they won't go through with any of it. i wish i could give a zero star. Its kinda funny how most of the good reviews about Ozzy end with they have a customer for life. nice try Ozzy not falling for it.
