I went in to trade in my car and i live 250 miles from SLC so i made sure i was preapproved the lady i talked to assured me i was so i drove my old car in test drove a used 2010 mazda 3 and fell in love they said i would be financed no problem and would here from the bank financing me in a few days two weeks later after no phone call from a bank and multiple unreturned phone calls from there finance person i get a letter saying i need to return the car and i will be charged for mileage. They assure me they have a car they can get me into. After returning the mazda 3, they get me into a mitsubishi galant they promise the bank will contact me but what they didnt tell me was that the loan was contingent on me making the down after i explain that my car payment on my old car is due soon and it automatically taken out they say the bank has decided not to fund you and that i have to return that car as well and then threatened to not give me what i gave down after i had spent hundreds of dollars driving 250 miles there and back returning cars and having to get hotel rooms just to put up with there bullcrap. Funny thing is at a reputable dealer i somehow got financed for a brand new 2011 model car no problem??????It just doesnt make sense if i could have given them a 0 rating i would. It was the worst experience i have ever had i think they will just say anything to get you to buy a car and there have been several people i know buy cars from there and they have had nothing but trouble either. DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!!!!
