This is a review of their service department, not sales. [] [] I had Edge Performance mount two tires on my Honda motorcycle. It took them one hour start-to-finish, the same as any other service shop. They charged me 2.4 hours because that's what their "book" said to charge. The book is obviously fraudulent. It doesn't take any shop 2.4 hours to change two tires. It might take me that long because I don't have the training, experience, or equipment. This is just flat out stealing! [] [] They did not disclose to me beforehand they charged book rates. In fact, when I called to make the appointment, they gave me a range of price saying it depended on how long it took. In my opinion, they are crooks. I will not do business of any kind with them again. []
