The doctor at this location is terrific. She takes time to explain the exam procedure and results, and seems to care about her patients. Unfortunately, the caring attitude is confined to her, only. The staff is rude, short, and spends more time chatting with each other than providing customer services. If you call and do not want to schedule an eye exam, you are put on hold and forgotten. Complaints to the manager do not work, as the uncaring attitude starts with her. I have found ti worth the money to get my exam done there, and then take my prescription elsewhere for real service. I recommend you do, also.
