The service I was provided this past Friday was excellent. This guys went above and beyond to take care of me. They knew more about what was going on with my install than my orginial installer which was Time Waner Cable, who I pay every month (which will change, soon.) They even talk to my cable company for me when I was too frustrated too. If you want great and professional service, you would be crazy not to pick these guys!!!
