It was a father-son team that came out the very same day I called, which was a Saturday of a three-day holiday weekend. They were absolutely fabulous, very prompt, professional, explained clearly the problem and solution. They did fix the AC problem (not cooling) for a very reasonable price. They also save me lots of money because everyone I spoke with about the AC problem gave me a much higher estimate and recommended unnecessary work. I highly recommend them.
