I have just complated my second batch of windows with Newpro and was so impressed that I felt a review was needed, In the course of 3 years I have now invested in Newpro to replce windows at my house on 2 different occasions. Not sure what else to say they don't leave a stone un-turned their attention to detali and customer service is second to none. They not only continue to meet my ecpectations but they always exceed my wife's which is no easy task. I had new windows installed in my house in just 2 weeks and completely installed in less than a day. I'm the type of consumer that when possible I always try to support local companies, the fact that Newpro makes their own window in New England for the climate we face was enough for my family to feel confident. For me dealing with a local business is so important that I wont even shop at a Big Box store, I always try to support my local hardware store when possible. I won't lie Newpro isn't the cheapest option on the market but if you care about being happy and dealing with a reputable company you will invest and spend a little more and get the best. Please do yourself a favor before you make a final decision you owe it to yourself to see Newpro. You won't be dissapointed!
