Cons: No Local Salesperson. Thats about it. Then again, who really wants to talk to a salesperson after you buy something?
Unlike other system we looked at, it seems like the Nautilus people really want to work with small businesses. We only have two terminals. Other companies had no time to talk to us. Our Nautilus salesman called almost every day, as we got trained and installed. I would tell any small retail store to buy Nautilus
