The Hot Tub Store was easy to work with. First of all, they have a quality product that really sells itself right? But the staff was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us. There was no up-selling at all, we were very comfortable shopping there. They were flexible, we changed our minds a few times and they didn't get upset with us at all. I really liked that they were available for calls and highly responsive to our questions. The installation went really smoothly. They arrived on time and were very professional. So far, so good. We love it!
