VERY NICE!! Your technician- was a very nice young man. We needed an new air conditioner and couldn't decide between Carrier, Trane, Bryant, York and Lennox - they're all top brands of A/C units. Your tech took the time to explain the advantages and we settled on the Carrier...he answered all our questions-we appreciated him.
