Bjorn's is great! We purchased a nice Definitive sound system for our living room from Bjorn's last year. The shopping experience was great. Very knowledgeable associates and good products/ prices. Last night, my husband and I rented Inception and blew out a speaker (Darn you Leo!!) Anyhoo, we were very bummed and thought we were going to have to shell out several hundred dollars to replace the speaker. My husband took it in today and Bjorns is repairing it for free!!! I can't believe the ease of the warranty with Bjorns. You just don't get this kind of service from a big chain. I highly recommend Bjorns.
