I had a very good experience with these folks. I needed emissions for my Dodge and I felt I was treated fairly and paid only the expected price. So I can't reconcile the experience of the more negative reviews.
Furthermore, Joe took the time to discuss the care and maintenance requirements of my truck in great detail. I was very impressed by his knowledge and experience. I also appreciated that he went out of his way not to be pushy or ""hard sell"" me on services or parts.
On the basis of this experience, I've since decided to bring all my regular maintenance business for my truck to Progressive.
I highly recommend them.
