Do not call this place. They came to fix my washer since it would not spin and now it won't even start. When I called to complain they yelled at me and told me that their repair men were excellent and it was not their fault and my machine was not actually broken. I am not sure what their definition of broken is, but i consider not starting at all a problem. I went from being inconvenienced to not being able to use my washer at all thanks to their incompetent repairman and then their rude customer support yelled at me when I asked that they not cash the check I wrote them until they actually FIX my machine since I don't think I should have to pay someone to break my machine instead of fixing it. They threatened a collection agency if I canceled my check. I am very unhappy with this company, they are not accredited by the BBB and if you want your appliances to work you better call someone else.
