I recently purchased my new Terrain from Sunrise Covington Pike, and I must say I was very pleased with the entire process. The salesman explained everything in detail, no pressure and no hassles. He introduced me to the service manager and explained how, and where to get my Terrain serviced, and the hours of operation. Being a woman, I was concerned about how I would be treated. I?m happy to say I was treated with the upmost respect by everyone involved. There were several dealerships I could have purchased my Terrain from, but as I pulled away in my new Terrain I felt totally satisfied knowing I had selected the right vehicle and the right dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone (especially a woman) purchasing a new, or used vehicle.
