Because of issues (i.e. damage, not able to identify issues/repairs needed) I have experienced with other Mercedes Benz service centers, I decided to do some research online as to the quality of different Mercedes locations for my next service visit. Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch received the best service reviews out of the other two centers (i.e. Riverside, Laguna Niguel) that were closest to me, and also offered better rates (almost 50% off) from what other centers quoted.
