Mark Maxwell, President of Key Termite has been unprofessional and shown me he doesn't care about renters or people in general. I woke up to his crew digging up my garden without any prior notification, which I requested. He has shown a lack of communication with his crew resulting in me having to immediately reschedule my obligations and transplant my garden. This has put unnecessary strain on me and I am not happy!
