I ordered flowers from them, and due to a glitch in their computer system it told me that the flowers would be delivered that day, when in fact they were not even open. When i called them to find out what happened, they kept repeating "its not our fault", and would not even offer to give me a discount on the order. Very dissatisfied customer here, and even bigger dissatisfied girlfriend.
