My car was dropped off on a thursday morning at 8am. I called everyday to chech on the progress. When I called monday morning my car had not even been seen yet. I didnt understand why i dropped off my car on thursday if they wouldnt get to it until monday. The black gentalmen at the front desk was rude and didnt want to help me with the situation at all. It wasnt until i asked for a supervisor that i was connected back to the same young man that had brought my car in (i believe his name was kyle, caucasion at the front desk). Kyle was very appoligetic and assured me the job would be completed by the end of the day tuesday. He followed through with his word and i was quite pleased. I was honored that Kyle would give me a gift certificate to the macaroni grill to help make up for the mix up. I have a great deal of respect for kyle. He maned up when he made a mistake and didnt mind making up for it.
Great Job. If something should happen to my car in the future i will be back to see Kyle.
