I agree with the last post, I also find the reviews on Citysearch strange. I have been a long time customer and have never had a problem.
My friend used a "plumber" that was doing side work and he almost burned down his house. I know with Bishop that I am getting a licensed plumber and that they are an established business that has insurance!
They do good work and have always stood behind their work.
