The multiple screening tests were very thorough and I appreciated being offered an additional test outside of my insurance coverage. I will come back for that one later. I was 17 minutes early for my 2:00 appt. Another customer was late for their appt but instead of making them wait, my appt was delayed. I waited until 2:20 before I approached the desk and asked to please start my appt. Kim the technician was very pleasant bt on crutches and in a lot of pain so our testing phase was very jumpy and unorganized. She had a hard time. Dr. Lewis was very through with his exam and explanations. Over all the mechanics were great but my appt. time was just too long at 1hr 45 mins. I don't have that much time on a week day.
