I recently bought a car from this dealership. Throughout the sale everyone was friendly and very helpful. Since the papers have been signed, I have been COMPLETELY IGNORED. The salesperson, the Sales Manager, and the finance person all promised to call me back in response to a question I had (this was not a matter of me leaving a voicemail message--this was a promise they gave me over the phone.) Not one of them returned the call. I sent two emails to the General Manager which were also ignored. Plus, they never bothered to send me the survey they promised to email me. IF you are fortunate enough to have the service department actually pick up the phone, they can be helpful. Oh, and the receptionist is very friendly and seems to genuinely want to help. That is where there customer service ends. In fact, they should not even be allowed to call it "customer service," unless their service is to ignore customers--in that case, they are first rate at accomplishing their objective. For the most part, I have been happy with the car, but I wish I had bought it from a different dealership.
