My husband turned the dishwasher on and water started coming out of it and the sink wouldn't drain. He called to tell me the news and then went to work on it. After lots of Draino, a lot of water everywhere and much frustration, we realized we couldn't fix it. I brought my father over to snake it with me and we still couldn't get the kitchen sink to drain or the dishwasher to stop leaking!!!!!! It was time to call the plumbers. I shopped around and Roto-Rooter Plumbing in Columbus, OH was the ONLY place I could find that wouldn't charge me just to come and give me an estimate and then it was up to me if I agreed with the cost and work. I was impressed by this. They said they could be there within 2 hours!!!!! I canceled my other appointment and they worked around my busy schedule and they still came out that same day when it was convenient for me!!! After receiving a courtesy call a half hour before they were coming to my house, a man named Ray came by for my service. He quickly assessed my situation and let me know my estimate. He was patient while I discussed the cost with my husband and tended to my kids. I decided to have the work done because I signed up online and was able to receive a coupon for my services, they gave me a 6 month guarantee, they wouldn't charge just for coming out to my house and giving me an estimate, he answered all my questions in a way that I could understand, it was a flat rate and not labor by the hour, and and finally if he did the work and it didn't fix the problem I wouldn't be charged!!!!! I was sold!!!! He was busy and he still took his time to make sure that my sink, disposal and dishwasher all worked before he even asked for payment. He cleaned up nicely and did a wonderful job in a timely fashion!!!! I'd definitely call them for my plumbing issues again without shopping around. Thanks Ray with Roto-Rooter!!!!!! I can use my sink and dishwasher and get back to my life!!
