We live in Columbus, Oh and we were in need of an emergency plumber. Our sump pump quit working late sunday night and we had water standing in our finished basement. Roto-Rooter came out and fixed the problem quickly. The technician was friendly and proficient and had all the needed parts with him to replace our sump pump. Our only issue was that they couldn't come out Sunday night, we had to wait until 7am Monday morning. Overall, very pleased!
