The gentleman was very pleasant, clean and professional. He was able to fix the problem in no time, and even taught me something in the process. Price was what I consider high, but with the coupon it was tolerable. On the plus side, they give you a price before you authorize the work. I really appreciate that, no surprises afterwards. If you are looking for fast basic plumbing services, RR would be a good option for many people.
