I live in Columbus OH and recently had to call Roto-Rooter Plumbing services on a weekend. My kitchen sink had backed up and I tried clearing it myself but even the snake couldn't get rid of the clog. Roto-Rooter came out the day after I called (guess a lot of sinks had backed up that weekend). The guy they sent was really helpful, he got the drain cleared and did a great job cleaning up. I would most definitely use them again and would also recommend to a friend. Thanks guys!
