There are several locations for this jeweler. My experience at the District location was terrible. I took a watch in for repair - after two weeks and three phone calls, I received an estimate. Four weeks went by with repeated phone calls regarding the status, with assurances that someone would return my call - nothing. I went to the store in person three times and was always assured my watch would be ready the next day. After three months, I finally have my watch - it is not fixed. Customer service is non-existent. more
