Our local Mini dealerships said we didn't qualify for low apr and they only had higher priced minis (even the used minis were high). We emailed NA late one night not expecting to hear back for a while and within minutes had a reply. Turns out we qualified for the special they had going, as in 0.9%! Holy moly, they even had several base model minis to choose from and they knocked down the price without us even asking! Could not believe how smooth the process went, we did everything over the phone/email, and didn't have to go to LA even once. They delivered the new mini to my husband's workplace in San Diego free of charge. A month later we got a very cool package from NA with all kinds of Mini swag, love this place :D
