Terrible and the worst ever from sales to service. Purchased a 2010 escape from Tony the salesman which he lied about the transmission update. When I was purchasing the suv my husband heard that there were trans.problems and Tony told us there was a callibration update and it was already done to the vehicle otherwise I would not of purchased the car knowing there were trans problems. After driving my car I thought it was shifting really hard and I contacted service and they said that was a characteristic of the six speed trans. and I told him I still wanted it checked because it was really bad when cold. I took my car on the scheduled date and had to leave my car due to the trans guy never had time to check after having it alll day. Adviser told me sorry he had other cars to do before mine then why did you set me up an appointment for it that day. Found out that salesman lied to me that the callibration update was never done and then I brought my car home and my husband did oil chan
