I had Brady Flanary install a unit in my home around Oct. 2010. They did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond what they had to do installing extra duct work and doing some other things without charging me extra. They were a little higher up front but I went with them because of their professionalism. In Nov. 2010 I had a unit go bad in a rental property that I own. I hired them to do that job as well. They again did a very professional job. I had a minor issue develop in my home unit in Dec. 2010 and they immediately responded and fixed the problem. It was nothing that could have been foreseen. I am very pleased with them and would reccomend them again. I wish they went to Wilmington, I would get them to do another rental unit for me.
