We have been customers for a few years now for routine maintenance service only, but recently had some problems with our thermostat and humidifer. The service we received was outstanding. George came out twice (once being at 11PM on a Friday night), James and Jim once and Bob once and never we we charged a dime. It was important to them that the job was done right and that we were satisfied. We also spoke to Drew on the phone and he was A+ too. Morvent's has redeemed our faith in a business providing excellent service. Their technicians are neat, professional, knowledgeable and punctual. We highly recommend them to all our family and friends.
