Bought feature phones quite a while back, forced to uy data service could not use, went in to upgrade to newer smart phones, told had to change my plan and purchase hone at full price because I have been a long time loyal customer and we have so little competition now that we do not need you any longer.....NO THANKS, goodbye Verizon internet service, goodbye Verizon wireless service for three phones AND a goodbye Verizon 3G mobile broadband usb service!!!
