I was skeptical at first because the price was a little higher than what I expected but it was well worth it! Vance was great!! He explained and demonstrated everything he was doing before he got started. I had some stains on my carpet that I thought would never come out but he did just that. The product is great, I even purchased some extra for the next spill I have! I would recommend to this and Vance to everyone!! My carpets look brand new! Thanks so much!!!
