This company created a real nightmare. They lied and went against accepted practices. They towed a car from my parents' driveway to claim a judgment from a case which was already dismissed. It is illegal to tow a car from a person's driveway.
They did not have the decency to leave any trace that they towed it, which made us think that the car was stolen creating lots of anxiety.
When I spoke with Melissa Rand she said that she would work with us. Of course, what they meant by work with us was that we should pay them.
Melissa could not handle whenever we spoke what she considered rough. She could not understand why anyone would be upset at her for taking their car in error. She herself used profanity and she hung up the phone on us a number of times.
These folks are scumbags! Something smells rotten with this company!
I don't know who Stephanie Bowman is. I spoke with Melissa Rand, but apparently she also knows how to deal the same way as other reviewers have said about Stephanie.
