I built a Ryland home and decided to include a security system. I paid more than $600 for the security system through Superior Security & Sound Inc. Per the contract this included installation and equipment. The first GOTCHA I found out after agreeing to their service was the mandatory three year contract that is required. The second GOTCHA is that once you cancel your contract after fulfilling the terms, they want $140 to remove the equipment and $75 to disconect the service. OUCH. STAY AWAY!!!
