My laptop was totally non-functional, bogged down with a virus. I took it to The Laptop Guy at the Grandview location and they explained the possible scenarios of what could be wrong, how they could fix it, and how they could help prevent it from happening again. Within a few days, Devin called and told me since he removed 13 viruses (!) on my computer, he recommended wiping the whole thing and reloading my operating system. My laptop now works better and faster than it did fresh from the factory! For the very affordable cost of my fix, I also have 1 year of support from The Laptop Guy.
