This place is great. I came here and needed 4 copies of a 30 page presentation printed and bound. I needed them in a hurry. As soon as I walked in a guy in charge waved me over to the back office of the store and sat me down next to a designer. Since I am a graphic designer I found this amazing. I knew that I would be talking to someone who understands. Oh no! They couldn't open my document because they did not have the latest version of quarkxpress. No sweat. I stayed and hung around for a few hours while they downloaded it, installed it, fixed my errors and printed it. I sat there with my dog in their office and was just amazed with how smooth this place runs. So I loved the prints. I said to the man in charge, ""When can I pick up the bound books?"" He says slowly, calmly and staring in my eyes, ""I don't know, I am thinking about doing it now maybe."" Like it's no big deal. This place is amazing. They act like every problem is no big deal. They just kind of shrug it off and take care of it immediately. Don't have the program? No big deal. Need it right now? Um, okay that's fine. I got this all done within a few hours and I expected it in a few days. They took care of me so fast that I never had the chance to tell them that I was on a very tight deadline and needed it ASAP. They just took care of it and my presentation was beautiful.
