I have had Matt work on both my home as well as my rental property. In every case he has been extremely reliable and easy to work with. He just came through in a pinch for me by getting his plumber out on the same day to replace a water heater on the rental property.
He is easy to reach (which is rare) and does exactly what he says he will. He is definitely my first choice.
