I wish I was able to put more than 5 stars to express how much I appreciate Dr. White and his staff. They saw me through the final days of caring for my sick and elderly cat. They went out of their way to be friendly, accommodating and informative. A staff member even called me randomly one afternoon just to check in to see how my cat was doing. When it came time for my cat to be put down, Dr. White took his time counseling me and reassuring me I was doing right by my kitty. He talked all about how emotionally complicated it is but walked me through my emotional struggle. He explained the different options for procedures. He was kind, compassionate and attentive through all of it. He gave me time with my cat and respected how difficult it was for me.\r

The prices were very fair based on previous experiences I've had. Additionally, Dr. White's office was very forgiving regarding finances when my cat was too sick to go on. As a nice touch, they also provided me with a complimentary paw print impression as a memorial for my cat.\r

I also want to comment on the staff. They were all so friendly and caring. You can really tell they are animal people the way they made sure to acknowledge and talk to my cat, pet her and make her feel safe and comfortable during her care.\r

After having my cat for almost 18 years, she and I could not have been in better hands for our final days. I now VERY HIGHLY recommend Dr. White to everyone I know.
