Gerald, at Midcal Body Shop, took care of me from day one. My insurance company was dodging my calls, and Gerald was the one to get a hold of them. They were trying to deny all my damages, and though it took a little longer, when it was all said and done Gerald got them to approve every little part of the damage. He made my car better than it probably even needed to be. He did a great job.
It was my first time using them, and it was a large repair. I was T-boned, and it was about $6,000 worth of damage. Their work is great, and, as the owner, Gerald will definitely take care of you. He is more than willing to go out of his way to take care of his customers. I had shuttle service to and from their shop, and he would call to check in with me and let me know why things were taking a little longer.
