Mark Soules was my original contact with Flat Rate movers. I called and asked for a quote, as I was moving long distance from Boston to NYC February 1. I had talked to other moving companies, quoting in the $3-4,000 for the move.
Mark walked me through every detail and was incredibly responsive. The quote, which was the final price, was half of what any other company had quoted.
However, I would pay twice the price or the experience I had. Mark was constantly calling, checking in, making sure my moving arrangements were transpiring smoothly. On the move day, they team drove in a blizzard to Boston and moved me out smoothly. Mark called twice during my move to make sure I was happy with the process, which was well above my expectations.
The team was professional, thorough, and reliable. They called me twice on the way to New York, and kept in contact with my friend waiting for them in NYC as well.
I have never had a move go so smoothly, from the very first contact I had with Mark I was in the BEST of hands. I would recommend Flat rate to ANY and EVERY one I know!!!
