We've used Sears for our tires for a while, but since moving to St Louis, one Sears after another has disappointed us with their service and attitudes. THEN, we tried the Sears in Alton and have consistently had exceptional experiences. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The service takes no longer than they say it will take. They treat us just as well if we come in for a free tire rotation as they do for all new tires on the SUV.
I will drive out of my way, and recommend others drive out of their way, to go to this Sears.
