we had a burning smell from our dryer. Manual said to get a professional vent cleaning. This job is usually about $100. Famous appliances charged my wife $401.83. They replaced a belt an a pulley ( unnecessary ) for $63.65 and $62.68. These parts only cost $11 to $12 retail. Company doesn't return calls and will not resolve issues. Receptionist try to act concerned , but the company will not call back. Beware of this scam.
