I have also been a loyal customer to Ban for over 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. There have been times when I have brought in a garment on wednesday night and Mr. Ban has personally delivered it to my door by thursday. I have trusted him with everything from my daughter's favorite pajamas to floor-length evening gowns. He gets it right every time.
He's open 6 days a week, sometimes 7 and is one of the most accommodating individuals I have ever met. He is efficient, professional, hardworking, and it doesn't hurt that he is incredibly kind as well.
Mr. Ban is one of the best kept secrets on the upper east side.
