I broke a tooth and Dr Franklin put a crown on. It hurt for 2 weeks and I had to go back in for an adjustment. The crown fell off a few weeks later. I went back 3 times to have the crown put back on, before Dr Franklin finally started over. I didn't want to go back to her, but she wouldn't refund me, and I was advised to give her the chance to do it over. Dr Franklin does not communicate with her patients and her office staff does not return phone calls. I know of one other patient who had similar problems with Dr Franklin. I do not recommend this dentist!
